Dr. Scatton has over 29 years experience providing state of the art eye care to his patients including 25 years at his present location which has evolved to become one of the largest independent private practices in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from King's College, Wilkes Barre, PA and a Doctor of Optometry degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Optometric Science from the Pennsylvania College of Optometey, Philadelphia, PA. He successfully completed internships at The Eye Institute including the specialty contact lens clinic, the Lynch Pediatric and Binocular Vision Service, and the William F. Feinbloom Vision Rehabiltation Center of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He also achieved clinical honors while serving an internship at the eye clinic of the John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Philadelphia, PA.

Our office is the ONLY eye care office in Hazleton to have evening hours two days per week to as late as 7:00PM. We also have morning appointments starting at 9:00AM. This allows people who have varying work shifts access to convenient appointments. We know you need to work too!
